Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to send order confirmations and updates, and to respond to enquiries you send us. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments
Card and bank details are entered on our payment provider's hosted checkout and are never received or stored by this website. We store only the payment reference and whether the payment succeeded.
Where your data is stored
Order and enquiry records are stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database. Email is delivered through a third-party email provider.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep site administrators signed in. Your shopping cart is kept in your browser's local storage, not on our servers, until you place an order. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for tax or accounting purposes. Contact us to make a request.
