Terms of Service

Note for the site owner: these terms describe how the store currently behaves. Set your real returns window, delivery times and dispute process, and have them reviewed legally before launch.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Pricing

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Delivery is charged separately and calculated from your delivery state and city at checkout. The total shown before payment is the amount you will be charged.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your order is not confirmed until we receive verified confirmation of payment.

Delivery

Orders ship from Lagos. You can follow the progress of your order at any time using your tracking ID on the tracking page. Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your tracking ID and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
